Application Process:

We are currently accepting individuals who want to make and keep friends. Enrollment is limited.
If interested, there are two ways to fill out an application.

* To fill out and submit the Online Application Click Here.

Complete the application and come (parent/caregiver and teen or young adult) to the office for a 1.5-hour intake appointment to determine if our program is appropriate for you and your teen or young adult.
